Overview

Wealth Enhancement is seeking a Product Manager to envision, document, and deliver process and technology solutions that enhance employee support for our advisor teams, contributing to our mission of personalized financial planning.

In Short

• Develop and execute the product roadmap.
• Evaluate and document business processes and technology solutions.
• Translate product features into well-defined requirements.
• Lead agile ceremonies and support agile adoption.
• Build relationships with business stakeholders.
• Monitor product performance post-launch.
• Drive understanding and adoption of solutions.
• Mentor members of the product team.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts.
• Improve end user satisfaction with employee support tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in business, finance, technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in Financial Services or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in BA, Development, or related technology experience preferred.
• Experience with Agile development preferred.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Salesforce experience required.
• Familiarity with Jira preferred.
