Marketing Analyst - Web & App - Remote

Overview

The Marketing Analyst role will serve on the Customer & Market Insights team, supporting the broader Customer Digital Experience function. The analyst will play a key role in analytics for the Chick-fil-A mobile app, responsible for analyzing data related to the performance and user behavior of the app.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or related field.
• Experience with marketing analytics, specifically website and app properties.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights.
• Strong communication skills and history of working independently.
• Ability to manage multiple project analysis timelines.
• Ability to prioritize projects and updates.
