Architect - Remote

Overview

As an Architect at WD, you will work within a team to produce construction documents for clients, collaborating with internal teams and clients in Mumbai and the US.

In Short

• Lead and assist in the production of architectural documentation.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams in Mumbai and the US.
• Provide graphic and written sketches and details for design solutions.
• Research and verify applicable codes with Authorities Having Jurisdiction.
• Collaborate with the Permitting Team for planning submittals.
• Participate in Construction Administration activities.
• Communicate project status with project leads in Mumbai and the US.
• Assist team members with technical questions or issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Architecture or equivalent.
• Prior work experience in Architecture and designing.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with projects in restaurant, retail, and/or healthcare industries.
