Designer, Fire Protection - Remote

Overview

As a Designer on our Fire Protection team, you will work within an integrated team to take design and construction projects from a defined concept to completion, collaborating with designers, architects, and engineers.

In Short

• Work on design and construction projects from concept to completion.
• Design building systems and perform engineering calculations.
• Produce construction documents and prepare technical documentation.
• Collaborate with an integrated team of designers, architects, and engineers.
• Open to remote work from any location in India.
• Work hours are Monday - Friday, 10AM - 7PM.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent required.
• Prior experience modeling and designing fire protection systems is required.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD is required.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes & standards is necessary.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Prior work experience modeling and designing fire protection systems.
• Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of NFPA codes & standards.
• Comfortable performing hydraulic calculations.
• Experience working on US projects preferred.
• Experience with restaurant, grocery, retail, healthcare projects helpful.
