Therapist Manager - Remote

In Short

• Core member of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Provide remote mental health counseling to Medicaid patients.
• Triaging patients to appropriate levels of care.
• Deploy evidence-based behavioral health treatment modalities.
• Oversee therapy care model in the market.
• Assist with outreach to high-risk individuals.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Build relationships with community behavioral health resources.
• Active role in hiring and training.
• Support and inform therapy care model design.

Requirements

• Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations.
• Significant experience delivering CBT.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• 2+ years post-Master’s-degree experience in psychosocial treatments.
• 3+ years in a clinical supervisory role.
• Effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
• Must reside in Ohio, active license required.
