Therapist Manager - Remote

Overview

Guided by the communities we serve, we bring support and technology-enabled care to help primary care providers keep Medicaid patients healthy. We are building the tools and designing an approach to enable care to reach the patients who can benefit most.

In Short

• Core member of a multidisciplinary care team.
• Providing remote mental health counseling.
• Competent at triaging patients to appropriate care.
• Deploying evidence-based behavioral health treatment modalities.
• Overseeing therapy care model in the market.
• Assisting with outreach to high-risk individuals.
• Building relationships with community resources.
• Hiring and training new therapists.
• Participating in quality improvement activities.
• Supervising and leading other therapists.

Requirements

• Deep commitment to improving healthcare for underserved populations.
• Significant experience delivering CBT.
• Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or equivalent.
• 2+ years post-Master’s-degree experience.
• 3+ years in a clinical supervisory role.
• Effective collaboration in a multidisciplinary team.
• Must reside in Ohio, greater Cleveland preferred.
