• Responsible for planning, conceptualizing, executing, and optimizing campaigns in the tourism segment across various online marketing channels.
• Lead external agencies and critically assess their performance.
• Continuously monitor budgets and KPIs, making data-driven decisions.
• Develop new reach and optimize existing channels.
• Strategically advance managed channels within the overall marketing strategy.
• Monitor trends, innovations, and new business fields in online marketing.
• Create regular reports, deriving insights and recommendations for action.
• Responsible for onsite performance.

Requirements

• Completed vocational training or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Communication.
• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in various areas of online marketing.
• Strong understanding of customer needs, particularly among the Gen Z target group.
• Solid knowledge of online marketing channels and common tools.
• Experience in project management.
• Preferably some experience in team leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and strategic foresight.
• A strong team spirit and a commitment to making a difference.
