Overview

The Senior Manager of Performance Media will lead the execution and optimization of media efforts that directly drive revenue for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, focusing on mid- and lower-funnel performance.

Requirements

• 8+ years of performance marketing or paid media experience.
• Proven success with Meta and Google campaigns; DSP and Streaming TV experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of GA4 and Shopify.
• High financial and analytical acumen.
• Experience managing talent and agencies.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strategic and proactive mindset.
• Proficient in Excel, GA4, and Mixed Media Modeling.
