The Senior Supplier Performance Manager at Moog plays a critical role in strengthening strategic supplier relationships and driving recovery plans for underperforming suppliers.

• Lead and report on regional supplier recovery activities.

Requirements

• BS in Engineering or equivalent experience.
• Extensive experience in supply chain or supplier performance roles.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Experience in aerospace or high-tech manufacturing preferred.
• Master’s degree or certifications in Supply Chain or Program Management preferred.
