In Short

  • Manage and develop CRM projects for existing clients.
  • Act as the primary contact for clients with ample freedom and creative opportunities.
  • Engage in regular communication with clients regarding their CRM systems.
  • Document requirements and coordinate with the internal development team.
  • Conduct video conferences and on-site meetings as needed.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience in project management or software solution consulting.
  • Strong communication skills and customer orientation.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.

Requirements

  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience after completing studies (business administration or similar).
  • Initial experience in project management and/or consulting.
  • Understanding of sales processes or experience in sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and initiative.
  • Ability to work independently and responsibly.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
  • Fluent in German, both spoken and written.
