Overview

The BMW Warranty Administrator is responsible for overseeing all aspects of warranty processing at Warranty Processing Company, Inc. This role involves managing warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate and timely processing, and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The Warranty Administrator will work closely with the warranty team, internal departments, and external vendors to ensure the smooth and efficient processing of warranty claims.

Requirements

  • Proficient in warranty management software
  • Knowledge of warranty policies and procedures
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
