Overview

The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for generating and qualifying sell-out demand by engaging with various stakeholders to route this demand to channel partners for sales closure.

  • Support partner pipeline with ready-to-convert opportunities.

  • Collaborate with partner account managers.

  • Maintain accurate CRM data.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in business development or sales.
  • Experience in outbound prospecting.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Motivated by meeting KPIs.
  • Native Irish English is required.
