Entry Level Civil Structural Substation Engineer - Hybrid - Remote

Overview

We are looking for an Entry Level Civil/Structural Substation Engineer to join our ICE Team to improve infrastructure in our Michigan offices.

In Short

• Design civil/structural components of electrical substations.
• Perform engineering calculations in accordance with industry codes.
• Utilize finite element modeling and engineering software.
• Prepare construction drawings and project documents.
• Attend site visits and client meetings.
• Assist in the preparation of proposals.
• Maintain excellent client relations.
• Participate in seminars and training classes.
• Work in a hybrid environment.
• 0-3 years of related experience required.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering is required.
• Knowledge of Bentley ProjectWise, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam Revu is required.
• Completion of the Fundamentals of Engineering Exam is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
