Project Manager in Web Development (Part-time or Full-time, Remote or On-site)

Overview

You want to not only manage projects but actively shape them – with technical understanding, clear communication, and responsibility for customer projects.

In Short

• Lead and coordinate web projects – from planning through implementation to documentation
• Main point of contact for our clients: gather requirements, advise, prioritize
• Close coordination with internal developers and steering the implementation
• Bring in technical understanding (PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to realistically assess requirements
• Support and further develop existing customer projects (WordPress, Contao, Magento 2, and other CMS)

Requirements

• Experience in project management, ideally in web development or agency environment
• Very good communication and organizational skills
• Good knowledge of WordPress (mandatory)
• Knowledge of other CMS like Magento 2 or Contao is a strong plus
• Ability to understand complex customer requests and clearly translate them into technical tasks
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
