Commerce Engineer EMEA-APAC - Remote

Overview

The Commerce Solution Engineer team is the support and engine of the VTEX Sales Team. The team seeks to guide and find scalable solutions for our potential customers. The team is trained and prepared to define the project scope, technical proposal, and pricing to reinforce the Sales team approach.

• Build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with large enterprise clients.
• Deeply understand client needs, proposing tailored projects and solutions.
• Proactively monitor the use of our products and services.
• Act as a trusted advisor for clients.
• Identify upsell opportunities and new projects.
• Develop performance-driven strategies for clients.
• Anticipate churn risks and act swiftly.
• Drive the expansion of Annual Contract Value (ACV).
• Stay up to date on product roadmap and certifications.
• Availability for in-person client meetings.

Requirements

• Solid experience in Customer Success or Account Management.
• Proven track record in consultative account management.
• Knowledge of churn reduction strategies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills for interpreting performance metrics.
• Experience using CRM and Customer Success platforms.
• Proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
