In Short

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new business clients in the Ruhr area.
  • Maintain and expand existing customer relationships through regular communication and personal meetings.
  • Identify market trends and conduct competitive analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Create and present tailored offers and negotiate contract terms with business clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop customer-specific solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in B2B sales, ideally in the leisure and entertainment industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
  • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • High self-motivation and result-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and solution-oriented.
  • Willingness to travel within the Ruhr area and a valid Class B driver's license.

Benefits

  • Fixed salary as an advance (recoverable draw): 2,300 € gross/month
  • Commission: 8% on net billed and paid B2B revenue, uncapped
  • Accounting: The commission is first applied to the fixed salary, and surplus is paid as variable.
  • Underachievement: Uncovered fixed salary portions are carried over to the following month.
  • Accelerator (quarterly, based on quarterly revenue):
  • From 120,000 €: +2 percentage points on all revenues in the quarter.
  • From 150,000 €: an additional +2 percentage points (total +4).
  • Cancellation/payment logic: Payment only upon receipt; cancellations are offset in the following month.
  • Break-even: 2,300 € ÷ 0.08 = 28,750 € monthly revenue to cover the fixed salary.

Home office, clear core hours 09–17.

Strong experience products: BattleKart and EVA (Freeroaming VR).

Warm leads from inbound and partnerships.

Structured onboarding, templates, and short decision-making paths.
