  • Lead annual talent review processes.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on talent management best practices.
  • Leverage Workday for actionable talent analytics.
  • Develop competency frameworks and career pathing resources.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners to align talent processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Psychology, or related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in talent management and performance management.
  • Experience with Workday Talent & Performance modules.
  • Proven ability to facilitate talent review sessions.
  • Strong knowledge of talent assessment methodologies.
  • Experience in change management in high-growth organizations.
