Overview

The Talent Management Program Manager owns the strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of Shermco’s employee programs while championing employee experience across the lifecycle.

In Short

  • Own and evolve employee programs like NETA.
  • Manage the central NETA shared inbox for inquiries and updates.
  • Build end-to-end journey maps for employee experiences.
  • Lead program reviews and publish quarterly scorecards.
  • Run cross-functional projects from scoping to launch.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact talent management events.
  • Integrate core learning touchpoints into the experience roadmap.
  • Manage changes in HR systems with auditable controls.
  • Engage with stakeholders to align on talent priorities.
  • Model a collaborative and safety-first work culture.

Requirements

  • 3-5+ years in HR/Talent programs, PMO, or L&D.
  • Experience in mapping employee journeys.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Familiarity with NETA certification pathways.
  • Proficiency in tools like Dayforce, SharePoint, Excel, and Power BI.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
