• Prepare and file U.S. trademark applications, renewals, and responses to office actions.
• Conduct preliminary trademark searches and provide clear summaries.
• Track deadlines and manage filings using docketing software.
• Assist with international filings.
• Keep up with USPTO, WIPO, and global IP trends.
• Support U.S. attorneys with day-to-day legal and administrative tasks.
• Communicate with clients professionally in English.

Requirements

• Experience with U.S. trademark filings.
• Experience working with startups.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with intellectual property law.
