Overview

The Operations Associate will join Voodoo’s Core Studios Central Team to ensure smooth operations and support internal studios in creating successful games.

In Short

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and identify areas for improvement
• Track key performance metrics and develop actionable recommendations
• Conduct data-driven analyses to provide insights on studio performance
• Facilitate knowledge sharing across studios
• Create and refine processes to improve efficiency
• Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and Legal
• Assist in preparing and delivering strategic updates for studios

Requirements

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
• Clear and effective communication skills
• Background from a tier-1 business school or equivalent
• Fluent or native-level English
• Interest in the gaming industry
• Previous experience in a demanding work environment is a plus
