The Telehealth Physical Therapist will provide virtual physical therapy services to residents at Oregon nursing facilities, making a meaningful impact while advancing their career.

Requirements

• Active Physical Therapist license in Oregon (required).
• Graduate of a CAPTE Accredited Physical Therapy Education Program.
• Experience in post-acute care preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to develop effective treatment plans.
• Accurate documentation and billing skills.
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to meet benchmarks.
