As a Senior Capital Engineering Manager at our Zwijndrecht site, you will lead a team of Project Engineers and Engineering Managers, ensuring project management skills are maintained and enhanced while implementing valuable capital projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical).
• Experience in hands-on capital project leadership.
• Strong knowledge of capital project execution.
• English communication proficiency.
• PMI certification preferred.

• Strong project leadership and business acumen.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
