Overview

As a Machine Operator in Hilden, you will utilize your skills to contribute to our shared success by independently setting up and operating machines, ensuring quality, and supporting process optimization.

In Short

• Independently set up and operate machines.
• Conduct regular cleaning and setup tasks.
• Ensure compliance with time specifications.
• Actively contribute to process and equipment optimization.
• Support maintenance during disturbances and repairs.
• Perform quality checks.
• Report using SAP (MES) and similar systems.
• Work in a 7-day, 4-shift operation.
• Communicate effectively in a team environment.
• Possess good PC skills (MS Office, SAP).

Requirements

• Completed vocational/technical training.
• Relevant experience in machine operation.
• Very good German language skills.
• Willingness to work in a shift model.
• Knowledge of safety regulations.
• Good understanding of quality management principles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• High level of flexibility.
• Good computer skills.
