ICO RTR Senior Analyst - Remote

Overview

The ICO RTR Senior Analyst is responsible for managing and reconciling financial transactions between 3M entities, focusing on moderate to semi-complex entities. This role ensures the accuracy and completeness of intercompany accounting records in compliance with internal policies and accounting standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong knowledge in intercompany accounting and financial reporting.
• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
