Overview

As a Product Expert at Vizcom, you'll be the champion of our innovative AI-powered design tool, working with leading design teams to teach them how to use Vizcom while relaying their feedback to engineering, product, and sales teams.

In Short

• Train designers at current and prospective client companies
• Create compelling content for public and client-specific use
• Channel customer feedback to appropriate teams

Requirements

• 3-4 years in fashion, apparel or footwear design
• Deep understanding of the fashion and apparel industry
• Strong grasp of design tools and processes; AI design tool experience a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Customer-focused mindset with strong empathy
• Adaptable problem-solving skills
• Collaborative spirit, able to work with cross-functional teams
• Passion for innovative technology in design
