Overview

The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for the Government, responsible for the management, content, and quality of work performed under this Contract/Task Order. This role requires daily coordination with Government representatives and mandates availability for such interactions as needed.

Requirements

• Active Public Trust Clearance is required.
• Minimum of 10 years in Agile software development project management.
• At least 5 years of experience managing projects in a contracted environment within a Federal agency.
• Proven track record in managing project tasks and coordinating diverse teams.
• Knowledge to understand all objectives outlined in the PWS.
• Industry-recognized certifications such as PMI PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent.
• Strong leadership qualities with an ability to motivate teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proficient in project management tools and methodologies.
• Strong analytical skills to assess project risks and performance metrics.
