Overview

VIVERE, founded in 2018, is transforming the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. By utilizing AI to support our platform model, we create next-generation products and brands. Our integrated model combines R&D, marketing, design, production, supply chain, sales, and technology. We have successfully launched 10 brands and 150 products in the areas of Home & Garden, Beauty & Wellness, and Pet Care, selling through Amazon, DTC, and retail channels. Our team consists of 60 consumer goods experts based in Hamburg, where our production is also located. VIVERE is evolving into an FMCG key player in Europe, the USA, and the Middle East.

In Short

• Ensure compliance with national and international legal standards for products.
• Create and review regulatory documents.
• Monitor adherence to safety standards and coordinate product safety tests.
• Approve raw materials based on technical and toxicological specifications.
• Responsible for labeling and packaging compliance.
• Manage product registrations and documentation.
• Advise management on regulatory requirements and market opportunities.

Requirements

• Completed scientific degree (e.g., Chemistry, Pharmacy, or similar).
• Several years of professional experience in the regulatory area of the consumer goods industry.
• In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance standards.
• Affinity for applying artificial intelligence in registration and compliance matters.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with a reliable and precise working style.
• Fluent in German and very good English skills.
