We offer affordable primary care memberships to small and medium-sized businesses, allowing their employees to become our members and access care from our provider network. Members can schedule remote and in-home appointments through the Vitable mobile app.

• Licensed Professional Counselors in Vitable’s Provider Network practice independently.

Requirements

• A Master’s degree in Social Work or related field.
• 1+ year applicable experience as an LPC.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor in multiple states.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently.
• Telemedicine experience preferred.
