Overview

Vitable Health is looking for a passionate and skilled Per Diem Mental Health Coach to provide flexible, one-on-one coaching and support to our members via our digital platform. This role focuses on skill-building and goal-setting to improve the health and well-being of underserved communities.

In Short

• Conduct one-on-one virtual coaching sessions with members.

Requirements

• 3+ years of providing mental health support.
