Overview

The Weekend On-Call Assistant is responsible for responding to time-sensitive phone calls, system messages, and e-mails, and performing emergency scheduling for caregiver call-outs. The Scheduler furthermore provides a report of weekend activity.

In Short

Respond to time-sensitive phone calls and messages.
Assist in scheduling replacement caregivers.
Maintain professionalism in all interactions.
Complete required reporting of weekend activity.
Ensure confidentiality of all information.
Work on-call from Saturday 9:00 AM to Monday 9:00 AM.
Respond to voicemails and emails immediately.
Communicate effectively with clients and caregivers.
Escalate challenges and emergencies as needed.
Training conducted at Puyallup headquarters.

Requirements

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Ability to communicate clearly and diplomatically.
Must remain flexible and calm under pressure.
Reliable internet connection for remote work.
Ability to work punctually in a remote setting.
