Office Scheduler (Remote Part-Time)

Overview

This is a remote part-time contractor position at Visiting Angels, the leading provider of non-medical senior home care services, focusing on scheduling shifts for clients and team members.

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with staffing/scheduling tools.
• Experience with ClearCare scheduling software preferred.
• Current or former CNA preferred.
• Prior experience in fast-paced scheduling environments.
• Proven customer service experience.
• Able to respond to inquiries within 15 minutes.
• Some post-high school education, 2-4 Year Degree preferred.
• Medical billing or process documentation experience is a plus.
