Product Designer (UX/UI) - Remote

Overview

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Product Designer (UX/UI) to join our remote team. The Product Designer (UX/UI) will shape the strategic, user-centered direction of our platform. You are a dedicated builder with a strong design point of view, a deep empathy for users, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Requirements

• Advocate for exceptional, customer-centric experiences across all Visit.org products.
• Own large portions of complex products and provide leadership on UX/UI design for new and existing initiatives.
• Define product and design requirements and translate them into clear workflows and user journeys.
• Design detailed interactions and high-fidelity user interfaces.
• Partner closely with engineering to ensure designs are implemented with high quality and fidelity.
• Conduct user research and interviews to identify insights, validate assumptions, and inform product strategy.
• Develop interactive prototypes to explore multiple UX/UI concepts and iteratively refine solutions.
• Ensure all designs meet accessibility standards and are responsive across devices and browsers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to drive alignment and outcomes.
• Lead and participate in design reviews, providing constructive UX/UI feedback throughout the development lifecycle.
