Product UI/UX Designer - Remote

Overview

We are seeking an exceptional product UI/UX designer to elevate our white‑label health and medically inclined app ecosystem to a truly world‑class product. You will take ownership of design strategy, ensure every screen and interaction is beautiful, functional and engaging, and provide daily direction to our internal design team.

• Lead design strategy and direction.
• Refine a Figma design system using variables, tokens and components.
• Support multi-brand theming in design.
• Implement advanced UI techniques like glassmorphism.
• Design gamification elements for user engagement.
• Ensure cross-platform design consistency.
• Mentor and coach the design team.
• Research design trends and competitor apps.
• Collaborate with engineering teams for feasibility.

Requirements

• Portfolio of world-class apps with strong UI/UX.
• Expertise in Figma and design systems.
• Proficiency in glassmorphism design techniques.
• Experience with gamification in apps.
• Familiarity with health and medicine domains.
• Strong communication skills in English.
