Operations Manager, New Markets - Remote

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Operations Manager, New Markets, based in Mexico to join our team. The Operations Manager, New Markets, will oversee the efficient vendor management, shipment, and delivery of supplies for Visit.org’s social impact events worldwide. The right candidate will have an eye for detail, an entrepreneurial spirit, an extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

In Short

• Oversee Operations for your region, ensuring the success of all processes and logistics related to our social impact events.
• Act as the primary point of contact for all logistics-related queries.
• Identify and manage relationships with wholesalers, including negotiating rates and forecasting demand.
• Manage in-country warehouse and/or 3PL partners.
• Implement regional and global processes to drive operational efficiency.
• Document procedures through clear, standardized SOPs.
• Prepare and maintain cost estimates, reports, and purchase records.
• Support additional business operations as needed.

Requirements

• Experience in operations management or similar role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage logistics and vendor relationships.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
