Overview

The Sr. Director, Technical Solutions will lead the operational technical support of Visa Consumer and VAS product solutions for North America clients, ensuring effective results and client satisfaction.

Requirements

• 12+ years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Strong leadership and relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in managing technical support teams.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
• Experience with financial services and payment industry.
• Ability to develop metrics and achieve them.
• Self-starter with strong organizational skills.
• Experience using MS Office tools.
• Familiarity with Generative AI tools for process efficiencies.
