The Product Innovation Analyst position involves conducting market research and collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and validate new product concepts, particularly in the financial sector.

Requirements

• Be based in Brazil.
• B2 English (Upper Intermediate).

• 5+ years of experience in product management, innovation, strategy in the financial area.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and product discovery frameworks.
• Ability to work independently in a remote, multicultural team environment.
• Passion for innovation, technology, and customer-centric design.
• Basic knowledge of Microservices, SaaS, APIs, and cloud native solutions.
