Kubernetes Engineer - Remote

Overview

Pismo's Platform squad is responsible for maintaining the life-cycle of various domains including Container orchestration, Cloud Architecture, and Networking.

In Short

• Support the Kubernetes and Service Mesh lifecycle.
• Create and enhance mechanisms to bootstrap.
• Monitor and maintain cloud-native infrastructure.
• Decommission resources using Infrastructure-as-Code.
• Work with multiple clusters.
• Collaborate with team members globally.
• Hands-on management of cloud-native infrastructure.
• Align tasks with GitOps methodologies.
• Execute tasks through a fully automated CI/CD pipeline.
• Communicate in English with international teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience or equivalent education.
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and Service Mesh (Istio).
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
• Basic knowledge in script development.
• Basic knowledge in AWS services.
