180 Recruitment Consultant - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a motivated and driven 180 Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will focus solely on the delivery side of the recruitment process – sourcing, screening, and managing candidates – while a 360 recruiter or BD team handles the client acquisition side.

This is a great opportunity for someone passionate about building strong candidate relationships and making impactful placements without the pressure of sales or business development.

In Short

• Source and attract candidates using various platforms
• Conduct CV screening and candidate interviews
• Match candidates to job specifications
• Manage candidate pipeline and update CRM/ATS systems
• Coordinate interview scheduling and gather feedback
• Guide candidates through the recruitment process
• Maintain regular contact with active candidates
• Ensure a seamless and professional candidate experience
• Collaborate closely with 360 consultants
• Contribute to team targets and support recruitment campaigns

Requirements

• Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to build relationships with candidates
• Familiarity with CRM/ATS systems
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in using job boards and social media for sourcing
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
