Overview

As a ServiceNow Librarian, you will manage and maintain the ServiceNow Service Catalog, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business needs while collaborating with service owners and developers.

• Manage and update the ServiceNow service catalog structure.
• Onboard new service catalog items and retire outdated services.
• Ensure compliance of service catalog items with organizational standards.
• Perform quality assurance reviews of catalog content.
• Manage workflows and approval processes for catalog items.

• Analyze catalog usage for continuous improvement.
• Coordinate catalog changes with ServiceNow administrators.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform.
• Experience with ITIL and IT Service Management principles.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with service request workflows in ServiceNow.
• Effective communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with data governance or content management is a plus.
• U.S. citizenship status required.
• Willingness to work remotely.
