Material Quote Analyst - Remote

Overview

The Material Quote Analyst plays a critical role in ensuring accurate material cost estimations by transferring and validating data from customer-supplied Bills of Materials (BOM) into our quoting system.

In Short

• Review proposal packages and collaborate with internal teams.
• Identify and escalate discrepancies in customer documentation.
• Verify BOM content meets internal standards.
• Accurately input and format BOMs into quoting software.
• Communicate with suppliers for pricing and lead time data.
• Deliver final costed BOM to the Director of Regional Quoting.
• Maintain organized records within the quoting system.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and basic math proficiency.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Two years of experience in quotations or data-entry roles preferred.
• Experience with electronic components and BOMs preferred.
