Overview

The Materials Operations Analyst plays a key role in driving efficiency and optimization across Deckers Brands material supply chain, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, reliability, speed to market, and innovation.

• Oversees Materials Operations calendar and project scopes to ensure deliverables are executed on time.
• Supports vendor score card data and monitors supplier compliance.
• Enhances process improvement and enforces data governance within the FPLM system.
• Coordinates with cross-functional partners to implement material supplier strategies.
• Acts as a liaison to material suppliers related to external 3D digital material scans.
• Supports alignment across all brands in FlexPLM data governance.
• Leads process, tool, and SOP refinements across Materials Operations.
• Engages effectively with global stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Collaborates with various stakeholders for project execution.
• Utilizes strong analytical skills to drive operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-3 years of professional experience in the footwear or apparel industry.
• Experience with materials focusing on quality and sustainability standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience in Flex PLM preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
• Practical knowledge in materials science and apparel construction is a plus.
• Bilingual in Mandarin or Vietnamese preferred, but not required.
• Demonstrated capacity to execute various projects simultaneously.
