Overview

The Senior Program Manager is a strategic leader responsible for the successful delivery of high-impact, cross-functional programs that are often global, complex, and transformative across end-to-end planning.

  • Utilize standard processes and vet customization requests.
  • Manage project manager and BA resources as the program expands.

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of experience in E2E planning/supply chain.
  • Strong command of hybrid program delivery methods.
  • Proven ability to influence across senior levels of business and IT.
  • Expertise in E2E planning functional areas.
  • Experience integrating automation and AI into program frameworks.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or related discipline.
  • PMP, PgMP, or SAFe certifications preferred.
  • Strong analytical, financial, and organizational skills.
  • Advanced communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Aha.io, and Confluence.
