Senior Product Manager - Care Delivery - Remote

Overview

Virta Health is on a mission to reverse Type 2 diabetes and obesity through innovations in technology, personalized nutrition, and virtual care delivery. The Senior Product Manager, Care Delivery will lead efforts to design and scale the workflows, tooling, and systems that empower Virta’s care teams to deliver high-quality care efficiently.

In Short

• Lead product strategy and roadmap for care team workflows and operational tooling.
• Co-create solutions with clinical stakeholders to map workflows and identify pain points.
• Redesign intervention delivery focusing on cost, impact, and member experience.
• Launch experiments to validate new workflows and care models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build tools that improve outcomes.
• Champion service design thinking to connect care delivery with member experience.
• Establish metrics related to clinical capacity and care model effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or healthcare delivery innovation.
• Experience with service design and complex workflows.
• Ability to design systems across human and software boundaries.
• Strong collaboration skills with clinicians and engineers.
• Experience running lean pilots or A/B tests.
• Familiarity with AI products in care delivery.
