• Stay informed about emerging threats and best practices in Trust & Safety engineering.
• Mentor and develop engineers for their professional growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• 3+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• 5+ years of experience with PHP.
• Proven track record of building high-performing engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of Trust & Safety challenges.
• Strong technical background in software development.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, GCP).
• Familiarity with machine learning and data analysis techniques.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
