Overview

We are seeking a Consultant, Operational Strategy, who will be focused on evaluating our business lines and corporate departments by consultative partnership, while improving operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 10+ years managing complex, enterprise-wide transformational programs.
• Ability to manage upstream and downstream impacts.
• Focus on execution and establishing high performance standards.
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills.
• Adept at balancing short-term pressures with long-term goals.
• Change-leader mindset with a collaborative approach.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms such as ERP, CRM, and data analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in relevant fields.
