Join vidIQ as a Creator Support Specialist, where you will help YouTube creators optimize their content and enhance their audience growth in a fully remote environment.

In Short

Act as the main point of contact for YouTube creators seeking support.
Provide technical assistance and guidance on vidIQ’s tools.
Empathize with creators and address their concerns effectively.
Utilize attention to detail to troubleshoot issues.
Work autonomously while managing your time and priorities.
Collaborate with a diverse team to achieve goals.
Stay updated with YouTube trends to support creators.
Work 8-hour shifts between 1:00 AM PST and 9:00 AM PST.
Contract opportunity available.
