Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) - Remote

Overview

As a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) for Vetsource, you’ll have an important role assigned to help align the people side of the business with company goals and objectives. You’ll support the full employee lifecycle, from on-boarding through off-boarding, and aid in creating an environment where the workforce is productive and engaged.

• Support leadership with establishing key strategic priorities that align its people resources with organizational priorities.
• Engage in supporting the Talent Management Employee Life Cycle.
• Communicate regularly with assigned business team leaders.
• Act as a proactive thought partner and coach.
• Create rapport and grow strong partnerships.
• Utilize data to analyze trends and develop recommendations.
• Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Work closely with management and employees to improve engagement.
• Partner with L&D for educational opportunities.
• Support DEI and Engagement efforts through surveys and action planning.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience/training.
• 5+ years’ HR work experience in strategic HR business partnering.
• At least 2 years in an HR Generalist or HRBP role.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of employment law.
• Ability to interpret and apply laws and policies.
• Proficient with Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Travel may be needed within the United States.
