In Short

• Drive product enhancements and optimize user experience.
• Collect and evaluate user feedback from veterinary clinics and pet parents.
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to improve customer experiences.
• Build product documentation to align teams on functionality.
• Manage low to mid-level feature developments and QA testing.
• Educate internal teams on new product features.

Requirements

• A four-year college degree with project management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in a product role.
• Attention to detail and high-quality output.
• Strong communication skills and ability to distill complex ideas.
• Critical thinking and data analysis skills.
• Organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience in Excel and data analytics.
