In Short

  • Drive product enhancements by monitoring long-term projects for optimization opportunities.
  • Collect and evaluate user feedback through surveys and direct interactions.
  • Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to create seamless customer experiences.
  • Help build out feature documentation to align business and engineering teams.
  • Assist with low to mid-level feature builds and conduct QA testing.
  • Educate internal teams on new product features to maximize adoption.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree with project management experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and high-quality output.
  • Excellent communication skills for distilling complex ideas.
  • Critical thinking skills with a knack for data interpretation.
  • Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Excel and data analytics platforms preferred.
