Overview

As a Senior Product Designer at Ververica, you will play a critical role in shaping the user experience and interface of our enterprise-grade data streaming solutions.

In Short

• Lead the end-to-end design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and final UI designs.
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and data-driven analysis to understand customer needs and pain points.

• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation within our products.

Requirements

• Proven experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a tech or software environment.
• Strong portfolio showcasing design projects and processes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• Understanding of front-end development principles is a plus.
